12U RANGERS WIN MISSISSAUGA MAJORS TOURNAMENT

The 12U Rangers got off to a slow start in their first game of the tournament, giving up 3 runs in the top of the first inning, but were able to settle down and grit out a 7-6 win over the tournament hosts on Friday night.  Two convincing round robin wins on Saturday sent the Rangers into the finals.  The Rangers scored in the first inning of the final and kept the momentum going till the end.  All in all, a great weekend of baseball, highlighted by fantastic pitching, great defence and timely hitting.  Congratulations!
